Our cycle of success relies on Startmate maintaining very high calibre support network, so to become a Startmate Coach, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Working at a startup or VC fund, or have extensive experience in the startup ecosystem
Looking to further develop your skills as a leader or people manager
Searching for a network of peers to learn alongside
Passionate about building a more diverse startup ecosystem
